Any information that Lori Lamont may provide through her mentoring sessions should not be considered medical or legal advice. It is important to note that Lori Lamont is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or health care practitioner. 

In line with EFT training terms, mentoring calls can be conducted either individually or in a group setting, ensuring that confidentiality in mentoring is maintained. Both formats comply with EFTi requirements for maintaining EFT certification, adhering to proper mentoring etiquette.

Each participant agrees to keep their cameras on throughout the call to foster a sense of community in our EFT Mentoring sessions. This interactive group mentoring style encourages participants to share their own expertise and perspectives while being mindful of Mentoring Etiquette and the time spent sharing, as well as the needs of other participants. 

In terms of Confidentiality in Mentoring, if a participant has an issue with another person in the group, they should notify Lori Lamont privately. 

Topics for discussion should align with EFT Training Terms and focus on aspects of EFT and running an EFT business.

All participants in the EFT Mentoring program are required to uphold confidentiality in mentoring regarding all members of the group. Participants must ensure they modify any identifying details of case studies discussed during our mentoring calls to protect the anonymity of all individuals involved. Lori Lamont reserves the right to share details about EFT Training terms, including the workings of breakout rooms, with her students, mentees, colleagues, and mentors. However, this will only be done for training or supervision purposes, with a strict commitment to maintaining personal anonymity, in accordance with standard mentoring etiquette.

If you require a certificate of attendance for the EFT Mentoring sessions, it is your responsibility to notify Lori Lamont before the mentoring call. Please remember that mentoring calls adhere to strict start times, and all participants are expected to be prepared and ready to begin at the scheduled start time, in line with mentoring etiquette and confidentiality in mentoring practices.

Each participant in the EFT Mentoring program will receive a group follow-up email to ensure effective communication and uphold confidentiality in mentoring. If you do not wish to be included in this group email, please notify Lori Lamont in advance, adhering to proper mentoring etiquette as outlined in the EFT training terms.

Group Mentoring

To uphold the principles of confidentiality in mentoring, there will be no recordings of group mentoring sessions.

Individual Mentoring:

For those participating in Lori Lamont mentoring, if you wish to have a recording of your individual mentoring call, please notify Lori in advance. This aligns with our EFT mentoring and mentoring etiquette expectations, ensuring we respect confidentiality and adhere to EFT training terms.

Under 24 Hours

At Lori Lamont Mentoring, please note that there are no refunds or rescheduling for cancellations made under 24 hours. This policy is part of our commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in mentoring.

More than 24 Hours Notice

If you need to reschedule your EFT mentoring call and it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the easiest solution is to use the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email at no charge. Should you have any questions regarding this process, feel free to contact Lori. 

Credit- Alternatively, you can apply your credit towards another service, class, or event in the EFT training with Lori Lamont. 

Refund- A 50% refund is available upon request, respecting our mentoring etiquette and ensuring your satisfaction. 

Emergency- In the case of an emergency, please reach out to Lori directly at LoriLamont@proton.me to discuss your best options.

By completing registration, each participant agrees to the EFT Training Terms, acknowledging the importance of Confidentiality in Mentoring as part of Lori Lamont Mentoring and adhering to Mentoring Etiquette.
