Mentoring calls can be done both individually and in a group setting. Both meet EFTi requirements for maintaining EFT certification.
Each participant agrees to keep their cameras on throughout the call.
If a participant has an issue with another person in the group, they are to notify Lori privately.
Topics that can be discussed must be within the parameters of EFT.
All participants are required to maintain confidentiality of all group mentoring participants.
Participants must modify any identifying details of case studies that they may be discussing in our mentoring call to protect the anonymity of all participants.
Lori Lamont reserves the right to describe the details of EFT Trainings and breakout rooms to her students, mentees, colleagues and mentors for training or supervision purposes only, as long as personal anonymity is strictly protected.
If you will be requiring a certificate of attendance, it is your responsibility to notify Lori Lamont.
Mentoring calls begin on time. All participants are expected to be ready to begin at the scheduled start time.
Each participant will be sent a group follow up email. If you do not want to be included in this group email you must notify Lori in advance.
Group Mentoring
There is to be no recording of group mentoring.
Individual Mentoring:
If a participant wants to have a recording of their individual mentoring call they must notify Lori in advance.
