Ability to give and receive relevant and constructive feedback from course participants 

An overview of all the required and optional technical elements. 

You will be given a copy of Lori’s slides, manuals and handouts that you are welcome to use in a variety of ways to best suit your needs.  

You will set up a general outline/template of your certification process that meets EFTi’s requirements. You will be given Lori’s templates that you are welcome to duplicate or you can create your own and have Lori review.

Certification guideline documentation including: 

• EFTi’s requirements 
• Your additional requirements (optional)

Certification program including

• EFTi’s guidelines as well as your own
• Your method of mentoring and supporting each candidate

How you plan to support mentee throughout the certification process

• Individual mentoring
• Video(s) review process
• Group mentoring (optional)

• Certification tracking system  

You will be coached and supported on best practices for EFT practitioner mentoring both in group and individual settings. 

• Rapport building with mentees
• Meeting the mentees where they are
• Languaging that helps the mentee understand and implement your guidance 
• Sandwich mentoring style where you provide positive feedback, then constructive then positive again  

We will cover your best practices in advertising your trainings and mentoring. 

You will be clear on your ideal students 

Create your own training materials; slides, manuals, handouts, etc. (you will have Lori's as a template if you want to use hers)

Attend a minimum of __ hours of EFT 1&2 training as an assistant 

Teach your own module to a minimum of __ people with an included demonstration of EFT 

Maintain your certification requirements (6 hours of mentoring for your role as practitioner)
